After breakfast in the hotel depart on special mountain trucks to Guanayara National Park, 15 kilometres from Topes de Collantes. Enjoy the wide variety of endemic flora and fauna, natural pools and the beautiful El Rocio waterfall. Take a 5 kilometre walk along an extraordinarily beautiful trail. Adequate clothes and footwear are required. There is an optional 500 metre walk through the river. A creole lunch is taken in the local restaurant La Gallega. Next visit a coffee house to learn about the coffee cultivation process and taste a cup of coffee. After returning to the hotel, dinner is at the local restaurant Mi Retiro.
