All expedition ships that offer this activity require that divers have diving experience and a certain number of drysuit dives. In general it is required that divers be at least an Advanced Open Water Diver and Drysuit Specialty certified, with at least 30-40 drysuit dives. You are also required to have completed a minimum of 10 dives in the last 12 months, with a minimum of 5 of those dives in a drysuit.
