Jason began working as a naturalist guide after falling in love with the the Canadian arctic in 2016. Hailing from London, Ontario, Jason now splits his time between northern Canada, Antarctica and other guiding/photography assignments around the globe.
Prior to becoming a guide, Jason’s photography career had him traveling the world. Most notably, he served as the chief photographer to the Canadian Prime Minister, a photographer for Canada’s Olympic Team and as a photojournalist covering domestic and international news events in countless countries. His award-winning images have been published in numerous newspapers and magazines.
When not travelling to remote places on assignment, Jason enjoys working on his 1956 Triumph motorcycle, 1971 Volkswagen bus and playing ice hockey.
